1. Spitbraai Catering Service
  • With this service we offer you set Spitbraai Menus from which you must choose one. You also have the option of creating your own spitbraai menu from our My Own Spitbraai Menu section.
  • For this service, we cater for a minimum of 40 people.
  • We provide the crockery, cutlery (plates, forks & knives) and all the buffetware which includes chafing dishes and serving utensils for all our Spitbraai Menus. We will also provide buffet tables for all our Spitbraai Menus except for Spitbraai Menu 1. Please note that we do not provide glasses as we do not provide any beverages.
  • Depending on the magnitude of your function we will arrive between 5 and a half hours and 8 hours before meal serving time. We will then commence with all the necessary setups after which the braai will commence.
  • If starters are ordered as part of your function menu, this will be served at the time stipulated.
  • Once the lamb(s) are braaid, it will be delicately carved and served hot from our buffet(s) where your guests can also help themselves to all the other side items (rolls, salads, vegetables etc).
  • We allow for a maximum of 2 and a half hours for your meal serving duration after which we will start clearing up our equipment.
  • We REQUIRE electricity as well as suitable cover from the rain and wind.
2. Non-Spitbraai Catering Service
  • This type of service does not include lamb on the spit or any braaid meats as part of your function menu. Here we offer set Non-Spitbraai Menus from which you must choose one. You also have the option of creating your own non-spitbraai menu from our My Own Non-Spitbraai Menu section.
  • For this service, we cater for a minimum of 25 people.
  • All your menu items will be prepared offsite and brought to the stipulated venue where they will be served hot from our buffet(s).
  • Depending on the magnitude of your function we will arrive between 2 to 3 hours before your meal serving time.
  • Starters and the main course will then be served at the time specified.
  • We allow for a maximum of 2 hours for your meal serving duration after which we will start clearing up our equipment.
