  • Unfortunately we DO NOT accept CHEQUES.
  • As we work on a first come, first served basis, it is advisable to pay your deposit immediately.
  • Whilst we may be available, we reserve the right to reject your job and return your deposit if there is a late deposit submission.
  • If purchases for your job has been started and you cancel, your deposit will not be refundable.
  • If we are in a position to refund your deposit, a fee will be charged to cover any banking charges incurred.
  • We humbly request that you adhere to your stipulated meal serving time. We allow for a maximum of 2 hours for your main course and desserts.
  • We will not be held liable for failure to provide the service contracted due to circumstances beyond our control, including water and electricity failure at the venue.
  • No changes will be accepted within 4 days prior to your function. This includes catering numbers and your selected menu.
  • Please ensure that the designated braai area is easily accessible and has adequate cover from the rain and wind. We will not commence if these conditions are not met.
  • In the unfortunate event of equipment being lost and/or damaged at your function, you will be liable for the cost of the losses and/or damages.
